Ethylene glycol butyl ether acetate is a high boiling point, multifunctional binary alcohol ether ester solvent,
which can be used as a coalescing aid for latex paint. It has excellent solubility for a variety of paints,
making it widely used in colorful coatings and lotion coatings.
Diethylene glycol butyl ether acetate has a very high boiling point and is mainly used as a high boiling point
solvent for high-temperature porcelain veneers and printing inks. It is also used as a coagulant for latex paints;
Due to its slow evaporation rate and low solubility in water, this solvent can be used as a solvent for screen
printing inks and polystyrene coating printing glazes; It can also be used as an azeotrope for the
separation of alcohols and ketones.
