Its general formula is RSiX3, where R represents amino, mercaptovinyl, epoxy, chloropropyl, cyano, methacryloxy and other groups. These groups have strong reactivity with different base resins, and X represents hydrolyzable groups, such as halogen, alkoxy, acyloxy, etc.
