1. Ethylene oxide process by dimethylamine and ethylene oxide ammoniation, after distillation, rectification, dehydration. 2. Chloroethanol process is the saponification of chloroethanol with alkali to produce ethylene oxide, and then synthesis with dimethylaminoethanol. Industrial product dimethylaminoethanol, purity ≥95. Raw material consumption quota: chloroethanol (32) 5500kg/t; Dimethylamine (40) 2200kg/t. During production, chloroethanol can also be added directly to dimethylamine with a yield of 85.

Used as a catalyst for the reaction of aqueous epoxy resin groups. It is also used as a curing catalyst for single-component wet cured polyurethane hot melt adhesive and a catalyst for chelating reaction of 2402 resin with active magnesium oxide. It is also used as a low temperature curing accelerator for epoxy resins and polyurethane foams. It is also used as a neutralizer of water-based epoxy resin emulsion and water-based polyurethane adhesive by temperature transition process.
