Product Description

There are many production methods of acetonitrile, among which the main industrial production is acetic acid ammonification; Acetylene amination method and propylene ammoxidation by-product method. 1. Acetic acid ammoniation method takes acetic acid and ammonia as raw materials, under the action of aluminum oxide catalyst, at the temperature of 360-420ºC, the reaction is carried out to synthesize acetonitrile in one step, and the reaction liquid is obtained by water absorption and rectification. Raw material consumption quota: acetic acid (98) 1763kg/t; Liquid ammonia (99.5) 691kg/t. 2. Acetylene amination method to acetylene; Acetonitrile was synthesized in a one-step reaction with ammonia as raw material and aluminum oxide catalyst at 500-600ºC. Raw material consumption quota: acetylene 10231m3, liquid ammonia (99.4) 1007kg/t. 3. The by-product method of propylene ammoxidation uses propylene, ammonia and air as raw materials to synthesize acrylonitrile through a catalyst, and at the same time produces acetonitrile. Each ton of acrylonitrile can by-produce 25-100kg acetonitrile. 4. Obtained by dehydration of acetamide and phosphorus pentoxide. 5. It is obtained by the interaction of dimethyl sulfate and sodium cyanide.
