Product Description

Chemical properties: It appears as an amber-colored viscous liquid with a slight special odor and a slightly bitter taste. The relative density is 1.08 to 1.13, and the boiling point is 321ºC. It is soluble in water, ethanol, methanol and ethyl acetate, but insoluble in mineral oil and petroleum ether. The HLB value is 16.7. It is used as an O/W type food emulsifier, either alone or in combination with Spian-60, Spian-65 and Spian-80.
